Workshop Experience
Soapstone carving is an experience with every piece you create. My first attempt carried happiness, hard-work, frustration and finally anger when I had dropped it and it broke into multiple pieces. My feeling of defeat lasted about a week before I started my second attempt. I learned from all my mistakes and the process was enjoyable. When I had finally finished the piece, I had this amazing feeling of joy for my accomplishment. When I do workshops, I get to teach others about that experience and it's something very rewarding seeing an individual light up after completing their own piece.
School Workshop
Available for both teachers and students. Giving the opportunity for participants to learn teachings, Mental health benefits and the techniques of carving.

Perfect team-building opportunity for your organization and a great way to carve out some time to learn and create together.

Private Adult Workshop
Adult workshop that joins you with other participants to meet and try something new. Also, a perfect gift for yourself, a partner, a friend or a parent.

Summer workshop
At the Forks
Summer soapstone carving workshop at the Forks. Come out and learn all the techniques and steps. I promise you will leave with joy and a one-of-a-kind sculpture that you design and carve. It’s a hoot!
